You can register an account on the NBI Clearance Website https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/. Going back to this article’s main purpose, NBI Online Appointment, go to the official NBI Clearance Website and log in to your account by entering your email address and password. (Take note: Always secure your email address and password). You will be redirected to your account’s main dashboard that displays your NBI Clearance Online Application Form after logging in.

APPLY FOR CLEARANCE

The next step will be clicking the “APPLY FOR CLEARANCE” button.

The page composes of THREE SECTIONS:

The first section is called the “scheduling,” where you can assign the date, time, and NBI branch where you want your NBI CLEARANCE to be processed.

• Bayad Center Mobile App – caters to individuals looking for a one-stop payment solution app that lets you create Bill Reminders, provides the ease of paying your ALL your Bills Online, and Loading your Prepaid Accounts.
• ECPay – includes all ECPay partners like Petron Corporation, Expresspay Inc., and RD Pawnshop, and the like.

Once you have selected your preferred payment option, the NBI Clearance Reference Number will appear once you click “PROCEED.” This time, the NBI reference number has a Barcode; thus, you can use your mobile phone to take photos or scan with the Barcode Scanner to save your phone’s reference number.

If you haven’t paid the NBI clearance fee, it means you haven’t reserved the slot yet. Therefore, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and you will be required to choose another date.

On the other hand, if you’re able to secure an online appointment and pay the necessary fee on time. You can still go the next day and process your application. According to the NBI Clearance Help Desk, you have 15 days from your original appointment date to show up at your chosen NBI Clearance branch and process your application. Your Reference Number has an expiration of (15) days, including the weekends, and please don’t forget to bring your official receipt.
