NBI CLEARANCE RENEWAL
This guide will help to renew your NBI Clearance online and getting familiar with the website of NBI Clearance before you start to apply for your NBI Clearance Renewal.
Luckily, The NBI announced to the public that walk-in would no longer accept for New applicants or Renewal of NBI clearance anymore. Meaning, there is no long queue anymore. Hence, Every applicant is now required to make an appointment to the website online to apply New NBI Clearance or NBI Clearance Renewal.
NBI CLEARANCE RENEWAL GUIDE
Step 1. Go to NBI Clearance Services website
Click here! To direct to the home page of the NBI services website.
As you can see in the above screenshot, under the NBI Clearance eServices The NBI CLEARANCE QUICK RENEWAL meaning, no need to log-in or register and set a schedule for the appointment and personal appearance in the NBI office to get your NBI Clearance Renewal.
NBI Clearance Quick Renewal is only for these updated name, civil status, or updated information.
Step 2. NBI ID NUMBER
After clicking the “NBI CLEARANCE QUICK RENEWAL,” another window will pop-up and asking your “NBI ID Number” to enter.
As seen in the box details, the NBI ID Number is applicable only from the 2014-2018 NBI Clearance. Without this NBI ID number, you can’t proceed to the next step to renew your NBI Clearance.
If you have a copy of your expired NBI Clearance issued from 2014 to 2018, you may enter the NBI ID Number in the box then click “VERIFY” to go the next step.
Take a look at the down photo where you can find your NBI ID Number.
Step 3. QUICK RENEWAL DELIVERY
After clicking the “Verify” button, Quick Renewal Delivery will be the next step.
Upon successful entering your NBI ID Number, You are now qualified to deliver your New NBI Clearance door-to-door.
To deliver your NBI Clearance Renewal, you need to provide the details asking in the box for the Quick Renewal Delivery form, which is your delivery address.
Well, make sure your address is correct to avoid the delay of delivery.
Using the E-payment Service of NBI Clearance, you will be a charge of additional Php 25, apart from the renewal fee of Php 330.
The renewal fee of NBI Clearance is higher than the traditional renew because you’re availing the delivery express.
Click “Next” to go to the payment mode.
Step 4. Payment mode
The screenshot above will ask to enter your birth date and select which payment mode will you choose to pay your NBI Clearance renewal fee.
We have six different payment options to choose from, and each of them will explain below.
- Bank Over Counter – well suited for those that don’t have a very banking account, this enables you to pay the fee otc in almost any bank like BDO, Land Bank, Chinabank, etc.
- Online Bank – is ideal for people that use online banking services of select banking partners like UnionBank EON, BPI Express Online, etc.
- Mobile Payment – is suitable for people that have a pre-existing GCash account.
- Bayad Center – if you need to pay the money for renewal fee at the nearest Bayad Center branches or through its online payment portal.
- MultiPay – If you have one, as well as your MultiPay Wallet, doesn’t have money. You’ll be able to load it through various MultiPay Payment outlets.
- ECPay – includes all ECPay partners like Petron Corporation, Expresspay Inc., and RD Pawnshop, and the like.
Step 5. Pay your NBI Clearance renewal
After selecting the payment option, the next window will pop up, and it will show your reference number, just like the screenshot below.
This reference number can use to pay your NBI Clearance Renewal online, and you have to write it down or take a photo. Present this reference number to your selected payment outlet or bank.
After paying congrats, your done! just wait for your NBI Clearance to delivered to your address by LBC. The approximate to provide your NBI Clearance is 3-5 working days start from the time when you paid.

After paying php200 through online banking, my bank has sent me a confirmation e-mail that the payment was successful, while I haven’t got any mail or sms confirmation from your delivery service “DeliveryBox” about what happens next? 24-48 hours payment verification has past yesterday, today is already the 3rd day & yet, i haven’t heard anything from you nor from your delivery service? I even sent SMS to the 3 contact numbers posted on your website, but, sadly, silence is what i get…& also, your “contact us box” doesn’t work!
So, what happens now with my renewal certificate, NBI???

Omg! i just did the same thing and I paid 355php today at the Bayad Center clearly the third party service feels like a scam but the website is pretty much secure. Oh men it’s already 2020 and it still sucks.

Hi i already paid for my nbi clearance through 7/11 but I received a txt na hindi pa daw po paid I also already paid for the door to door delivery and received a txt that i have not yet made my payment.

Hello, I paid php155 for my NBI Clearance Renewal as of 01-30-2021. I also paid door to door delivery that costs php200 at the DeliveryBox. Until now I haven’t received the clearance yet. It was stated there only 3 to 5 working days.

I just want to share my experience about this online renewal door to door process. First, fill out the on-line renewal application using your old NBI ID number. Then after verification. Second, May makikita po kayong reference number nag sasabing payment of 130 php.. (pero 155php talaga yun) please do copy the reference number. Then make a payment after that. Third, click niyo un door to door then proceed ANother Window na lalabas which DELIVER BOX you have to fill out the delivery détails. Next, Another reference number you have to copy and make a payment, which worth 200php.
Now after making payments for the two references number. Next step, you have to send an email attaching all the proof of payments and transaction details to nbivalidationdelivery@gmail.com.
Mag email din agad sa inyo.. Within 24 to 48hrs.
Ngayon, nasa final stage na ako waiting for the delivery.. Based sa nasa basa ko sa website na ito.. 3 to 5 days ang delivery after making a payment so hopefully by next week matanggap ko na sya. Or at the end of month since pandemic.
5 steps
1. Online renewal application (nakapagrenew before 2016 and above)
2. Référence number for nbi clearnce 155php
3. Fill out Delivery details door to door. Another reference number 200php
4. Send an email validation
5. Wait for the delivery.

Tama. That’s nice! You can also choose pickup if you are near in Manila or in Metro Manila. They will show you the guide on how to pickup. You can download it and it says you can pickup thru courier. Just email the NBI the authorization/waiver. The instruction was clear there. I just got mine today after paying yesterday but I just ask my partner to get it for me. They didn’t ask anything anymore but the Reference Number. and Done.

hello nag-error yung payment ko sa gcash via web and di naman makabalik dun sa payment options, pag tinry ko ulit mag-select nung door-to-door dun sa previous page, transaction already exists na raw. pano ko po kaya mababayaran yung delivery fee? uulitin ko po ba lahat eh bayad na ko sa nbi renewal?
I suggest po na magpickup nlng.. akin 3 weeks na wala p dn update si door to door deliverybox, dko na dn alam nangyari

bakit hindi ako makapasok sa online nio
Nagpabook ako ng door to door noong Nov. 14. Gamit ang gcash ko at after payment nag error pero deducted na yung fee sa gcash ko. Walang naprovide na reference or any confirmation about my transaction. Paano magrefund sa deliverybox?
