NBI Clearance Online Registration and Application guide for beginner’s who have difficulty getting an NBI Clearance. This article is a great help to guide you through your initial plan to get your NBI Clearance online.
In recent years, obtaining of NBI Clearance is simple. Just go to the NBI Clearance Branch and fill-up the form, line up, and follow the step by step. But the NBI noticed that too many people were getting the NBI Clearance every day and because of the massive number of people and the length of the queue, sometimes they have reached the cut-off and they need to go back in the next day ahead sooner for them to advance to the line.
That’s why the NBI Launching the NBI Clearance Online Registration and application to reduce the number of people by getting the NBI Clearance and further speed up the process.
This article I made for applying NBI Clearance Online Registration and Application and for being easy to understand, I use my NBI Registration and Application screenshot.
NBI CLEARANCE ONLINE REGISTRATION AND APPLICATION GUIDE
1. EMAIL ADDRESS
Your email address will use to register and to send the confirmation and OTP (One Time Password). But if you do not have, Click Create Gmail and let’s do it first before we continue. Because when you do not have it, you can not register on the NBI Clearance website.
2. NBI CLEARANCE WEBSITE
Sometimes it’s hard to find the NBI Clearance website. Click the link to go to the NBI Home page https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/.
The below screenshot is the NBI Clearance Online Registration and Application Home Page.
3. REGISTER
For renewal but not yet registered to the NBI Clearance Online website, click “YES,” then fill out the box with your information and enter the Old NBI ID number, which is from 2014 to Present and click “PROCEED.”

4. REGISTER AS NEW ACCOUNT
For a new Account, click the “NO” and fill out all the necessary information and click the “READ and ACCEPT TERMS OF SERVICE” and check the “captcha” then click the “SIGN UP.”
Note: The below screenshot will show when you click the “READ and ACCEPT TERMS OF SERVICE” checkbox. Don’t worry about it. Just click the “AGREE” to agree on the terms of service of NBI Clearance Online Registration and Application, then it will go back like to the above screenshot, then click the “SIGN UP” button to proceed again to the next step.
5. ONE TIME PASSWORD
(OTP) means One Time Password. You need to input the six digits that NBI’s sent to your Cellphone or in your email.
This OTP will send in your Cellphone or email just like the below screenshots. If you didn’t receive a message from NBI Clearance, you could ask to re-send your OTP again by clicking the “RE-SEND ONE-TIME PASSWORD (OTP)” otherwise, check your email.
When you have finished placing the OTP in the box. just click “SUBMIT” when you have done, and the next will be the NBI Clearance Application Form that you need to fill out.
6. SIGN IN
Sign in first in your NBI Clearance Online Registration and Application using your account that you use to register in NBI Clearance online. The NBI Clearance Application form will show after hitting the SIGN IN button.
7. APPLICATION FORM
After clicking the SIGN IN button, the application form will appear and fill out all the boxes with your information. Then when you have finished the application form, click the SAVE INFORMATION button.
8. APPLY FOR CLEARANCE
In the below screenshot, the right side has two option which is the APPLY FOR CLEARANCE and EDIT INFORMATION. Before clicking the apply, make sure all the information you save in your NBI Clearance Online Registration and Application is correct. But if you check and have a mistake, then you still have a chance to correct it using the EDIT INFORMATION.
9. CONFIRMATION
The confirmation of your NBI Clearance Online Registration and Application will appear after clicking the APPLY FOR CLEARANCE. This section will ask you which ID you will present in the NBI branch. after selecting the ID, click the “I Agree.”
10. SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
For scheduling an appointment in NBI Clearance Online Registration and application, you need to select first the branch that near to you or whichever branch you like then pick the time and date available in the table.
11. SELECT PAYMENT
How to Pay NBI Clearance? In this section, I Choose Bayad center Outlets. Because this option for me is more convenient for paying the NBI Clearance.
After choosing the payment option, the popup will appear as a reminder then click Proceed.
12. PAYMENT REFERENCE NUMBER
This reference number from NBI Clearance Online Registration and Application will use to pay in Bayad Center Outlets.

How to save your NBI Clearance Reference number? Make a screenshot and save it to your phone. Or take a photo, or use the Barcode of your Cellphone to keep the reference number, or write in the paper then show to the Bayad Center agent to pay.
The total NBI Clearance Fee is the amounting of PHP 155, including the system fee.
After paying the amount of PHP 155,
When you paid it, the status will change from Pending to Paid
After done on your NBI Clearance Online Registration and Application, all you need to do is wait for your appointment date then go to the branch you choose to get your NBI Clearance.
Preparation to get your NBI Clearance
When you go to the NBI Branch Office, you still have another thing to do to get your NBI Clearance, and that is listed below.
- Bring your Receipt of NBI Clearance
- Bring your Valid ID
- Photo capture
- Releasing
Releasing is your last step to get your New NBI Clearance Online Registration and Application.
